I'll give you an example...I had a friend 1 year ago...We were looking at phones and they came to T-Mobile and saw a T-Mobile wing...and got obsessed with it...I hardly convinced my friend to look around and see what others had to offer and when we reached sprint I recommended the Mogul saying how its better in all ways..but in the end they went with the Wing cause it was shiny..so shiny they even payed 450$ without the rebates..Where as the mogul would have been cheaper and better, but not as "SHINY" ...

Becuase of this even RadioShack opps i mean "The Shack"(stupid corporate rebranding) has picked up T-Mobile. The more phones and lack of deposits should help wireless sales.
I've been complaining to our sprint rep for months over the total lack of phone models.. you can only sell the same coverage area as VZW so many time before they look at the phone selection and ask "got anything else".
