Where is the file for

list of weather cities for stock rom 6.1 and the name of the file?
I'm new to TP2.
Its been a long time since I needed to change anything.
It use to be HH_0409_WeatherCities.XML for the Mogul and touch.
I can't seems to find it on the TP2.
