Syncing Multiple Outlook Calendars

Hi,

I am having trouble figuring out how to sync multiple calendars to my Touch Pro 2. I use a regular Outlook calendar (non Exchange) for my personal stuff and have an .ics shared calendar that automatically updates my work shift schedule. I can sync my personal calendar fine, I am just clueless on how to sync my work schedule as well. I am trying to get it to overlay (like it does in Outlook) so even if the events are mixed on my phone that is ok. I am using Windows Mobile 6.5, Outlook 2010, Windows 7, and Verizon's Stock ROM.
