I still have that darn white roaming triangle. It seems to be the last issue I'm having. Is there a way to disable the roaming notification system all together? Thanks for your help and this great tutorial!

Hey Supermaxkato! Thank you for the update! I am not sure why your roaming indicator is being so stubborn. I have used this tweaked PRL on three devices with no problem. Delete the PRL that you have on your storage card, download this one, unrar and put it in the root directory of your device. Next, do a prl update again. Are you following the step below?

Tweaked Verizon PRL

Dial ##PRL and hit send. This will lead to a dialog box on your phone that will allow you to locate the PRL file you loaded onto your phone. Click on the file in the root of your device, and then update.

Thanks for the quick reply Tinkerbell!
I've tried through QPST and by opening EPST and selecting the PRL menu, then searching for the prl.
I will try again and let you know.

UPDATE: That seemed to work!
I wonder if updating through EPST directly was my problem (##778, then choosing PRL and then updating).
Maybe TP2's only update accurately through ##775?

But no more white triangle for me so I am happy!

BIG NEWS for those of us who have had difficulty HARDSPLing more than 1 Touch pro 2!
(*This is for CDMA (Sprint and Verizon) NOT GSM, but it only worked for me with a sim card inserted.)

Is the DMU key compatible with the original Sprint Touch Pro? Can steps 9 and 10 work on it as well?

Just picked up a verizon tp2 for my son hoping to convert it for Sprint. Would you happen to have the instructions or link to do this?

Hey christian.a. Sorry, I do not have instructions or a link to go from Verizon to Sprint, although the process will be similar. I was in the same situation you are in when I got a Sprint TP2 and wanted to use it on Verizon, hence this thread was started. I hope you get it figured out there!
