Receiving Google Voice Calls

Just switched from TP2 to iPhone on Sprint. So far, so good...but the service is terrible at my home. I'd love to send incoming calls to my "retired" TP2 via Google Voice, so I can talk over WiFi with a much better signal. Can anyone help...please??
