How often have you done a hard reset on your TP2?

Since I have had my TP2 I have done three hard resets because the WM6.5 software became so buggy that the phone would not function properly. Yesterday Sprint tier 2 tech support gave up and I agreed with them that a hard reset was my only option when I did my third one.

Luckily I have SPB Backup which has made this an easy process!

What are your experiences on hard resets?
