I need a back up cab

I need a backup cab for my contacts and calendar dates. I want to try the different ROM out there so I need to back up my contacts and task, dates.

I try searching for backup caps, like PIM backup.. but it doesn't lead me anywhere.

Anyone can point me to the right direction. Thank you very much.
