I guess it's because the majority of PC owners are still on 32-bit systems. Even so it's still quite unusual as they usually have a pull down box where u can select different versions and languages.

all i did was search microsoft so i clicked what came up , and there was no selection . but aedon got me it , i also did a google search later and that brought me to the right one as well , so sorry for the trouble aedon , i could have done it myself :P
