Help Getting Touch Pro 2 to Connect to CDMA Workshop

Hey everyone! I am having some trouble getting my Touch Pro 2 to connect to CDMA Workshop to find my MSL number. I've followed many tutorials but can't get my phone to connect. I put it in diag mode but when i connect it to the computer it isn't showing up as a COM port. Under device manager it shows up under the section "Other devices" as a Generic Serial. It connects fine through activesync but i cant get it to through CDMA Workshop. I've been trying to get it to connect for a few days now and its rather frustrating. If anyone knows of anything i can do to solve this problem I would really appreciate the help! Thanks in advance!
