I put it in diag mode but when i connect it to the computer it isn't showing up as a COM port. Under device manager it shows up under the section "Other devices" as a Generic Serial. It connects fine through activesync but i cant get it to through CDMA Workshop. I've been trying to get it to connect for a few days now and its rather frustrating. If anyone knows of anything i can do to solve this problem I would really appreciate the help! Thanks in advance!
If MSL is all you need, download this:

http://www.5gmobile.us/mobilefiles/VX6800/GetSPC.zip

extract it, copy it to your device and run the exe. it will give you your MSL code after you enter your ESN.
