HTC TP2 in DM Mode No Connect QPST/CDMA-Ware?

I have a USC HTC TP2, Active sync works fine, I also have HTC Drivers Install from houdinisoft.com...
When in DM mode with ##3424 I get my Com port, but I still can't read anything with CDMA-Ware or QPST. CDMA-Ware connects to to port, but doesnt read anything, I also changed the port in device manager many times... I added a port in QPST but it still doesn't see the Phone...

I went in USB to PC settings on the phone and turned off "Enable faster data synchronization"
Still didn't work...

I have tried so many ways of connecting and going into DM mode.

Oh yeah, this was tried on 3 pc's and two lappys with winxp, vista, and win7, with 4 diff cables that have worked on other phones.

On my other pc's it doesn't have the (PID 0B03) in port name...


I'm LOST!!! lol Plz help
