HTC TP2 in DM Mode No Connect QPST/CDMA-Ware?
I have a USC HTC TP2, Active sync works fine, I also have HTC Drivers Install from houdinisoft.com...
When in DM mode with ##3424 I get my Com port, but I still can't read anything with CDMA-Ware or QPST. CDMA-Ware connects to to port, but doesnt read anything, I also changed the port in device manager many times... I added a port in QPST but it still doesn't see the Phone... I went in USB to PC settings on the phone and turned off "Enable faster data synchronization" Still didn't work... I have tried so many ways of connecting and going into DM mode. Oh yeah, this was tried on 3 pc's and two lappys with winxp, vista, and win7, with 4 diff cables that have worked on other phones. here's my port settings on this pc... On my other pc's it doesn't have the (PID 0B03) in port name... http://oi40.tinypic.com/4iboma.jpg I'm LOST!!! lol Plz help |

Wow!! You are putting forth quite an effort there!! What are you trying to accomplish with qpst?

like new... like I said I tried with 4 diff cables also... I put in DM mode and tried, left it in DM and unplug then replug.... I tried so manys ways...
can It be the uscc firmware? should I reflash with something else and try? I'm up for anything at this point... thz for posting :) |

Flash with rom, works like a champ... so USC had something in there blocking me... weird.... thz for the posts guys!
