let me tell you its a royal pain.
Absolutly no store can do the change to SERO premium or SERO premium+data

Not even a corperate store.
My mom tried to get a phone upgraded to a "smartphone" (I say that only cause its a Moto Titanium running 2.1 and has about the speeds of 2g at its best) and they couldnt do it at our sprint store.

So she went to a corpret sprint store about 20 mins away.
They couldnt do it either.

We called customer services and talking (more like argued) with them for like 3 hours;
they couldnt do it either

The only way for a SERO account to upgrade is through Employee Account Services online and its hit an miss with them
Some people on their end dont like to upgrade seros and try to get you out of the sero and others tell you compleatly wrong information

But they are the only ones "capable" of accessing a sero account.

They dont have SERO on any computer system across sprint but in their online "specialists"

Dont get carried away into thinking that you can get ANY 3g phone.
thats a lie. (well a half truth)
the arrive may be 3g, but they concider it like a 4g saying that it can use as much data as a 4g phone so it goes under the same plans as a 4g device.
Same for the iphone

I had quite a few chats with multiple reps about it cause I was lookin at getting maaaybe the iphone or arrive because I didnt want to pay for a 4g SERO contract since that would double my monthly contracts

They told me that the arrive and iphone are both "High Consumption Data phones" and will require a data charge just as any 4g phone would

Did you call the SERO/EPRP sales line or the regular *2 CS? They are the only people who can change your account to SERO P.
