It might not have booted up cause it had to charge a bit. It happens every now and then on mine, even though i dont let it die, if it gets with in 5 percents, it wont start for around 10 mins of charging when connected to a wall charger.

I dont thin kyou have anything to worry about..

And if you were to send it in.. They would only send you a refurbashed one and look in every nook and cranny of your phone to see if they could possibly blame you for anything and charge you for the replacment.

But in anycase, keep in mine that the android port can be anywhere up to 10 percent off when telling power level.
did u make this post on the TP2 screen kb? yea that android port was horrible with battery power at least the SD one was I don't know about the NAND port.
