Can't get data to work on Mighty Rom

I provisioned device to Sprint and reset. No data. I updated profile and updated prl but no data

then I installed Mrx sprint cab and no data

what am I doing wrong?

I suggest you call customer support for your MSL or use this app to retrieve it:

Then dial ##786# and then click on Menu at the bottom right.
Press Reset then OK and then enter your MSL. The phone will do a hard reset and reprovision.
