Re: iPhone "Good client software" for Windows Mobile
Good is a tool to get all your work emails on iPhone.
Currently, our company only supports Blackberry and iPhone.. but I hate both of them, is there anyways to get emails from work to TP2? Thanks!! |

does your company use web mail? if the support email on the iphone, odds are the exchange server is setup for activesync. if that is the case then if you know the webmail address (typically mail.domainname.com for example) then you can try setting up a connection it via activesync on the device. Would need your user name, password and domian name values in order to do this from the mobile activesync program. but should be doable....only catch will be if your co9mpany locks down who can and cannot use the activesync service on the email server. |

Re: iPhone "Good client software" for Windows Mobile
PPCFreak,
Our company uses IBM Lotus Notes for all our emails. Company does have an external email, but it requires a 10 digits Secur ID (always change every minutes). Any help is greatly appreciated. |

Re: iPhone "Good client software" for Windows Mobile
Dinomon1,
I run the WinMo native Good client on my TP2. The instructions I had from my company had me do an OTA download of the client from https://get.good.com, but I needed a company-issued PIN to actually download the client. Installation turned off Sense, but was easy enough to turn back on, and Good actually had a FAQ in the TP2 area on how to turn Sense back on. The Good software suite does seem to encapsulate company data, as well as provide encrypted communication with the company. I'm fairly sure that remote wipe of company data is possible as well. |

Re: iPhone "Good client software" for Windows Mobile
I logged into the External Mail from TP2 IE and Opera,
It's giving the following error: You can not be granted access to External Web Email because your computer doesn't have required config: ActiveX control are not enabled or supported by your browser. Please help. |

Like some others have mentioned, it is difficult to gain access if your company domino servers are not allowing winmo access. you may then, sync to your PC lotus notes using xnotes or something like it. |
