HTC Weather

Anyone know why the HTC weather won't show my location anymore? It show NY and i don't live in NY. It was working fine yesterday i even tried updating it and downloaded new satelites from the quick gps tool.

Hey! That can be frustrating! Try removing all 'locations' from the weather menu tab! Your device should then search for your location.

Also, once I flashed a ROM that had multiple cities selected on startup. I only use my current location. Accidentally swiped up or down in the Sense tab and unknowingly switched cities. Took me forever to figure it out since I never used it and made a captain obvious moment. Worth a try.

this reminded me of the lock switch situation back in the Dell axim days. if one forgot that they had the switch enabled they would think that their device is frozen or bricked. I never fell for that.
