Try what I suggested then report back. The sdcard should be 2GB or less formatted FAT32. The smaller cards seem to work better. Also, try redownloading the rom you want to flash maybe you got a bad download.

Re: I need help please.
It appears that my laptop cannot read my MicroSDHC, because it only supports MicroSD. I'm still trying to figure that out. In the meantime, is there anything I can do with the phone without the storage card?

nothin' to worry about if you are stuck on the tri-color screen just battery pull and then try again. id recommend u try the PC USB flash method since you don't have a smaller mSD card on hand.

Re: I need help please.
OK. Just so I understand correctly. I should pull the battery, restart the phone without MicroSDHC in, and then the phone should boot. Then flash from the laptop via USB? Also, when I flash from my laptop, which file do I use from the .rar folder, instead of placing the .nbh on the root of the MicroSDHC?

Re: I need help please.
just pull the battery,u don't have to remove the card and in the .rar there should be a file called ROMupdateutility or something like that. u just click on that after u extract the .rar of course if that file isn't present then search the site for a blank RUU and then put the .nbh file into that folder.
