well hate to break your heart but that will never happen. im very satisfied with my HTC arrive, only issues im having is the one in my sig and overheating and random restarts which are probably related to the situation in my sig which I have a thread for in the carrier discussion section.

You know...the TP2 and EVO both had similar problems...I had my TP2 random restart a bunch which was fixed by installing the USCC radio...I see a trend :/

ps..for some reason when I seen this thread I read it as "Goodbye TP2... Hello Eric" >.>..I don't know why...lol (and no I am not taking a jabb..its honestly what I read it as first time I seen it..)

yea my TP2 would randomly restart too, just as often if not more than my arrive. the EVO randomly restarts too? that's interesting, I wonder what could be causing this. its obviously not an OS issue but maybe an HTC hardware or carrier issue.

Well, the G2 also seems to have the same issue with random restarts, completely stock.

I thought its just Sprint and HTC radio not playing nice together (since both sprint radios had the issue but USC radio did not, and this was sprint only, verizon and usc versions were fine)...but if your saying the G2 is experiencing issues too then hmm...

hmm so now can't say if its a carrier or even a CDMA issue. looks like HTC is to blame for this,not a big deal I guess. it just puts the damper on any uptime that I try to achieve,the highest I made it without such a restart was 10 days.
