twitter to email with Sense Tab

I am new to the Sense Twitter tab... new to twitter for that matter... as I get started I often find twitter content that I would like to send to someone via email. Is there a cab or way to make the Sense twitter tab app do that? If not I suppose third-party twitter apps do this... anyone care to comment? Thanks in advance...
