[Solved] phone keeps rebooting/shutting down, even on bootloader mode, wtf?

I have the rhodium energy rom 6.5 with sense and gtx. here. I think the issue is that i installed the overclock tool (by ninja duck), and set it to about 730mhz (set on boot) - and whenever i turn it on, it will turn off right when os loads (right when the music starts to play).. and then a few mins later it will try to reboot again on it's own only to fail again. When i set it to bootloader mode, it will restart on its own after a minute or so...

Help please! need my phone back!
