Your overclock is probably causing it to reboot. Is the overclock installed to the sd card? If so, take it out and try to power it on. On mine, it's running the script off my sd card but going from the shortcut in my windows/startup folder. So if the card isn't there it can't do the overclock. It's been a while since playing with the OC though so I might be way off.

If that doesn't work, you can always hard reset. With the phone off, hold end + talk + power simultaneously.
