Mortscript shortcut?

Is there a way to put an icon to a mortscript, so that it will show up in the programs folder. I tried just putting the mortscript in the the windows/start menu/programs folder but it doesn't show up. I'm trying to make a quick link for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

copy and paste shortcut . leave the actual file in like my documents or your SD card
