I'm on VZW and the same thing has happened to me for the past few days. I'm also still running MR SE.

Humm... I have not had that issue at all here on Verizon running a 23152 build. I wonder what the common denominator is?

So, the "fix" for me was to install another cab "ICS and WModem Fix.cab" (don't know where I had this from but hey it works!). The built-in MR one just wasn't working. I know they are pretty much the same so I wish I could figure out why it just wasn't working.
