Re: New 3500mAh battery??

okay I can do that got to get a sd card for the wifes phone so she can take pictures. she has one of those new blackberrys and the camera takes amazing pictures but fills up her internal memory too much.

As i must say it takes a LONG time to charge this thing too lol. Leave it charge overnight though you should be good to go. Also I messed up my internal earpiece when switching housings. it was tricky to figure out but i ordered a new one and worked perfect since.

its not that hard to take apart these phones in case some of you are worrying about that. its actually quite simple. first time is easy just nerve wrecking and after that its easier then.. well you get the point.

Re: New 3500mAh battery??

How much thicker is the new housing with the larger battery compared to the original now?

Re: New 3500mAh battery??

I mean, these are pretty important questions cause depending on the answers, I may do the same. If it's only roughly 1mm thicker or the same thickness, then I would jump on it; otherwise, no.

Re: New 3500mAh battery??

Keyone - the amazon webpage for the battery says (under Technical Details) states:
"Adds only 3-4mm to your device".

I'm considering buying it, and keeping the old battery too. I'll keep the old one in by default, but when I know I'm taking the phone somewhere that I'll want to use WMWifiRouter or something that uses a lot of juice, I'll swap batteries...

or just carry 1 or 2 regular batteries with you. I used to do that with the Mogul. This one doesn't seem to chew through batteries as fast.
