Can i choose wi_fi ?

Is threre a way to choose wi-fi over 3g when I turn it on?If I have a strong wi-fi signal and a weak 3g signal I would like to use the wi-fi. Can I force the phone to use the wi-fi signal?

you get that error by simply hitting "on" on wifi??

if not, do you see active connections when your search?

Check your IP via google "what is my ip". If you're on a router, you should have 192.168.1.xxx depending on how you set up your router. You can also just do a speed test assuming your wireless network is faster then 3G.

Re: Can i choose wi_fi ?

Going back to the top of the thread I thought the person who originally posted this was looking for the option like that of my son's iPhone when you are in a WiFi zone (hopefully open) the TP2 automatically will switch to WiFi and when you get out of the WiFi zone it switches back to 3G. Not sure if the TP2 can do that.
