hard reset on metropcs flash
I have a Verizon TP2 flashed to MetroPCS. I got my phone activated yesterday and had everything working fine. Today, I had hard reset my phone because somehow my password to the lock screen had changed. I turned my phone back on and there's no MetroPCs, everything got switched back to Verizon (I get Verizon's customer service on 611). I went to the ESPT and changed my PRL to an updated MetroPCS one and I also change some NAM settings with my MetroPCS phone number. After doing that, I still have no talk, text, or web. But I have Metro's customer care on 611. What can I do to get my service back? Do I have to bring my phone back to the store so they can reactivate it?
