How to stop fat fingering contacts on my phone!

Been looking at threads for a couple of weeks now trying to figure out the cleanest thing to do. Lot of information to wade thru.

I hate the phone interface of my new TP2. I tend to fat finger a lot and I am constantly calling contacts or last calls by mistake because the contact list is so prominent and it is so easy to call someone from the list.

I know this is a feature for some, but not for me.

I would like an interface that simply showed the keypad when the phone is first opened, giving me the ability to go to contacts if I want. Can't figure out how to do that. I am using 6.5 stock with a set of tweaks that...I can't remember the thread they came from. Anyway, I don't think the tweaks dealt with the phone interface.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

and turn off the phone canvas and itll be the same dialer your used to if coming from older winmo devices

i dont fat finger contacts on my tp2. are u scrolling contacts in the phone canvas or in sense? try scrolling with ur finger sideways rather than pointing. sounds like operator error for sure tho.

I used the favorites tab alot... There are enough spaces on there to fill with favorites and even some not so favorite people I have to call from time to time.
Gorilla hands didn't have any trouble with that.

Try voice command. It works great for dialing -- usually.
