I love my sprint store.

I was sad to see my favorite sprint store close down. My LCD has been broken for awhile so today I was regretting going to the only other sprint store close to me because it was so horrible the last time.

To my surprise my favorite sprint store that closed actually moved into the horrible one and took it over. With high expectations I left satisfied. Got a new tp2 on the way because they didn't have any digitizers. TEP and sprint rock.

I've read that TEP now covers broken screens without having to pay the deductible. Can you confirm it was convered under TEP and not ESRP?

Yeah... They cover it with no deductible.
It's a nice thing to have.

i dont have a sprint store so i just call sprint up and once they see there is no sprint store around me they send me a replacement out

hmm 98 posts and didnt know? interesting,almost reminded me of heyhi11. its the object below the screen that converts touch into reactions and commands (ex without the digitizer the phone would not understand a screen tap).
