how do you format your sd card to fat-32 ?

okay i figured it out thank you i just got another question i got a used tp2 on ebay is there a way to no if its hspl unlocked or not?

lol, sorry i loss my tether connection, use these steps to enter boot.
To enter bootloader mode (red/green/blue screen), Power off your TP2 (not just sleep) press and hold the volume bottom and power button till the bootloader mode starts.

post what tri colored screen says.

your not unlocked, this is a cdma tp2 correct? something looks odd but your not unlocked.
