[SOLVED] this has me stumped,anyone else notice this?

Ill finally admit that i got stumped by something. When using FIM, when i IM somebody they wont respond and when i login to the actual FB site on the computer ill see that they actually did reply to what i said (sometimes but not all the time). ive missed out on many chats because of this. anyone else notice this and is there a fix for it besides using palringo? (im on stock 6.1)
