There's a pretty good Bible reader on the Marketplace called BibleSurfer. Only KJV, but gets the job done pretty well.

Another option would be to go to Bible and read online from your phone.

freeware.pocketpc.net has a bunch... Freeware for Pocket PC windows mobile and wm5 ppc, PocketPC free downloads.
