tweak question and app removal question

Hey guys,
I am running winmo 6.5 and I noticed that when I pull up my remove app menu that it still lists some apps in there that I had removed. I don't know if I had removed them improperly so they are still listed on there or not. I tried going through file explorer and deleting anything I could find on these apps but still there, any suggestions short of a hard reset? -it's not like my performance is effected that I can tell.

Also I don't know what tweak or thing I did that would have caused this but I noticed on my home screen the very bottom left opposite the menu is calendar but it used to be phone. I looked everywhere I could think of including the advanced config tool and couldn't find a place to change this.

While I'm posting also I am curious if there is a way to change a setting or something with the Pandora app I downloaded from here to make the buttons and menu font bigger, it's so tiny as is that it's next to impossible to use while driving. Either way I appreciate the app but wondered if this is a possibility.
