Slacker App + Fix resolution?

I just downloaded the Slacker cab from this post but is there any way to size the program so it correctly fits on the screen of my Sprint TP2? The bottom controls are kinda cascading over one another and sometimes pictures (album art) is cut off. I originally installed the cab onto my SD card and it prompted me to update the version which I did (and I hope it installed onto the SD card as well since it didn't prompt me where to go).

EDIT: When switching stations, I have part of the screen from my previous station on the new station. So the top portion is correct, but things look out of focus and not updated from the previous screen. How can I "refresh" the page?
