What to do with my TP2?

Greetings, I recently switched providers from Vz to Sprint. I'm now trying to recover some $ from the cancellation fees so I'll be ebaying my TP2. I kept my old # and unlocked the spl. With having done those 2 things, keeping the old # and unlocking it, will it hurt or benefit the resale price? Will it be able to be activated by whomever buys it or is it just junk? If it is still able to be used would it be best to update the software back to an earlier date? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

unlocked is better imo but you can relock it. whoever buys it will be able to use there #.

The condition of the phone will be a greater factor than what software is on it. Having the phone unlocked is a plus.

I put mine on Craigslist 2 weeks ago, sold it for $200 in just a couple days.

Was looking to get at least $150, that seemed to be the going price on eBay. So I listed it for $200 and was willing to negotiate to $150. Along comes a buyer who knew why it was "unlocked to change ROM's" (not SIMS unlocked) meant and paid $200 no questions asked.
