Touch Xperience Beta 1 Released Amazing Windows Skin!

This is a windows mobile skin that has a ton of potential. Remember it's still beta so you're bound to find some problems and it's not yet ready to be used as a complete replacement. Have fun and give the developer some feedback so he can make it even better! Don't expect it to give you the best battery life and you might have to turn sense off before you use it. It locked up for me when I tried it with sense 2019 on.

Make sure you follow the instructions:
Install Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5
Install TouchXperience on device storage
If you have a personal registration key put it in root directory of device or storage card, or in \Windows
Reset your device (on some devices TouchXperience will not start until a soft-reset)

Looks pretty cool. It's a cross between android and SPB. He's using it on a HD2 in the video so it might be a little laggy on our phones.

I used it for a few hours. Very fun indeed, but not really ready for anything near prime time. The screens all have to be run like programs right now. The motion was laggy on an overclocked tp2, but not anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Really quite useable and fun to toy with.
Before you install it, make sure you disable sense or it'll probably freeze your phone on startup. It eats up battery a little and if you uninstall it, make sure to delete the .ink file from the startup folder before you turn sense back on.
Also, some of the components didn't uninstall so my volume control had a funny screen and certain things seemed to be stuck until I hard reset for a new rom. Play if you wish, but for an unregistered beta with much room to grow required,
I'd only use it on a "play" phone as a concept or just before a new rom flash. Wish I knew how he does those animated wallpapers though.
