SMS displaying in sense but not inbox

In sense's SMS tab, I can read 25+ text messages displaying there. However, when I press Inbox and the ugly Windows sms inbox appears, it doesnt show any messages. This is not the "My sense is displaying 1 unread message but all are read" issue. I can read all the sms messages from sense, but not anywhere else. They simply disappeared from the inbox even though sense detects it to be there. Any help please?

You have to empty your deleted items. In the Windows Text Messaging app, go to menu>tools>empty deleted items. You'll have to delete messages in your Sent folder as well, and then empty the deleted items again. This will get rid of the messages on Sense.

Tried all. Inbox, sent messages, draft, deleted messages ALL EMPTY.

At the end I ended up deleting the messages one by one from sense. This way, the messages start to appear in deleted messages.
