Don't worry about him... He likes to just come in and leave... You have some valid points and if you don't want to mess with your phone all the time... Well then WinMo is not for you.
Although I have had my TP2 for over a year and I don't seem to have any of those issues.
But that's only something you can count on if you use your phone out of the box and don't mess with it... Or if you mess with it alot!
