Sprint Broke my Keyboard

More rage. MOAR RAGE. Seriously wtf.

My phone's been acting pathetic for the last month, same thing that happened to my TP1. The NAND chips don't work very well anymore, I'm constantly getting data corruption, forcing me to hard-reset every 2 days. Oh, and sometimes my phone gets stuck in an endless reboot cycle, forcing me to hard-reset.

Took my phone in. Lady took off the battery cover to soft-reset. Didn't know how to put it back on. She was sliding the thing all over and failing. Then she tries to open the keyboard. SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW. She tries to flip it open instead of sliding it up. Then she takes it back...

I get my phone back with "no issues" even though my battery lasts from 8AM-3PM on a full charge, not doing anything (1 of the 400 issues). She hands the phone to me and there's a huge gap between the keyboard and screen. And the top row of my keyboard is indented, its almost impossible to press any numbers now.

Are you fricken kidding me? They broke my damn phone. And I showed them and they said that was how my phone was when I brought it in.

So anyways, they say they can't reproduce the issue. I walk back to my car, respond to a text, then I get a call. When I hit send, my phone vibrates. I look at it, its rebooting. At the Windows Mobile bootscreen, it rebooted again. And again.

So I drove back into the store and showed them. Told them this is what happens every 2 days which makes me hard-reset.

"Oh, let me take it to the tech"

-10 minutes later-

"We just hard-reset it, this should fix the problem"
"I guarantee you it will not. I'll be back in here tomorrow with the same crap"
"Well, just bring it back and we'll look at it"

=RAGE!=

I forgot to mention that I've made 4 calls to Airrave support because the GPS receiver won't work, thus rendering it useless. I've gone through trouble shooting, and each of the 4 reps said they'd call back an hour later. None did. The 4th rep said "I know the other reps said they'd call back, but I promise I will." GUESS WHAT? No call.

I can't even use my phone in my apartment, there is NO signal whatsoever. If I sit just right on my chair, I can make an outgoing call but it'll drop within minutes. I get 20 text messages at once because my phone never gets them on time.

I'm calling retentions today. This is seriously ridiculous. And I'm not trying to work the system. This is my original TP2. I don't want a different phone, I just want a new TP2. I pay extra per month for TEP and they have the audacity to tell me there's nothing wrong when I SHOWED THEM RIGHT THERE?
