I Needs qcn file or Backup File to restore in my Sprint htc TP2

some one may be can help......I leave in indonesia...and my phone Sprint HTC TP2 and is was SIM Unlocked when i look on the setting..
Ok..I need the qcn file or backup file sprint htc touch pro2 to restore in my phone.....
I need that file because my phone error on received signal and my phone can't make a call and send text message if got GSM signal its mean GPRS/EDGE signal........But can send text message or make a call when i got the UMTS signal it mean 3G/HSDPA....this weird...and my phone not work if in the area there is no UMTS....its called no service on phone...
i hope some one help me....thanks
