my phone wont connect to QPST...

hello.. I,m pretty new at this windows programed phone stuff, i finally came out of the ice age and bought a HTC TP2.. here is my problem i flashed the rom over to cricket and every thing works fine on it but when i go to connect to QSPT program it doesn't find my phone.. I connected it threw Windows Device Center and tried it with connecting it.. still doesn't recognize my phone.. any ideas??

Try dialing ##3424# or ##3424 snd to put the phone in DIAG mode then connect it to the USB.
