phone died overnight?! cant hard reset

sooo... my phone doesnt seem to want to turn on

i was running android, and i went to sleep. woke up and my phone was off.

tried to hard reset, nothing.

when i plug in the phone, the charge light comes on though.

any ideas? am i SOL?

hmmm... now you did leave it on the charger for like 10min before trying to turn it on right??? the phone can be so dead that it needs a few minutes of charging before it will boot..

also, what happens if you just hit the soft reset button??

not that your new, but you are doing Hard Reset properly right?? Vol down, power, and reset button

you can try taking the memory card OUT, in case the booting error lies with Android, and try to boot.... this is ni=ot likely the answer, but give it a shot just to rule things out...

thats what ive got for now

Reset button or: unplug phone, remove battery, let it disspate energry for a few seconds, replace battery, turn power on, rock out.

Now if you left the phone plugged in while in AndroidOS, then you may have caused some damage to your battery and/or phone.

You have to remove the battery and put it back in. Remove the micro sd card. Hold down the send and end buttons. While holding the send and end, power on the phone. Hold the send and end until you get the hard reset screen. It will appear after the colorful boot loader screen.
