I like this Open Web Radio.
OPEN web Radio v1.41 freeware for Windows Mobile Phone. There is also a thread by the author on xda site. It talks about how to add radio stations and you can get help if you run into any bugs. You will have to google the xda thread.

That might be more akin to what you are looking for... depends on your area's availability... Anyone else having trouble with Pandora? I am using a file cab I got off of here that was supposed to be better than the one given out by Pandora for the TP2, which they say is unsupported. ideas? Charlie O.
