You could try uninstalling your recording app and reinstalling it to your storage card if it was originally installed to device. Or move the app to storage card using an app like sktools.

Re: In-call recording... any way to change format ?
Sorry to dig, but this was better to me then starting a new thread and to use something that is similar to my issue.
Either way, my question is.. What is my problem with Resco Audio Recorder. I've used it on the last energy and it worked fine, recorded all phone calls, on new march energy release. Now, it breaks my mic sometimes, and give a "Audio device not detected" or something along those lines. It works sometimes too. I was wondering if anyone had any similar issues like that, and/or could advise me on a fix. |

So it stopped working with the new rom? Maybe energy changed something in the drivers. Did you task29 before the new rom? Maybe flash shipped then flash new energy and retry. |

Re: In-call recording... any way to change format ?
I thought about it. I was using Sharkie before this rom, and I couldn't record in that rom. I don't think I tasked. I'll give it a try in the next day or so.. Hopefully it solves my issue. Honestly blanked tasking.. lol

I guess in response to OP's question, for the record, you can change the record quality under "Input options" to drastically reduce memory usage. It still saves to main storage.

Re: In-call recording... any way to change format ?
how do you even GET to settings for "In Call Recording" the presence I ever see at all is the option to record call under menu.
I don't really care that it records HUGE files but it drives me nuts that it uses internal memory. Where do you get input options from? (NOT ACR but in call recording) |
