SMS and Calls while roaming

Hey guys thanks for all your replies , i did flash back to stock , and experienced the same issue , so i did a hard reset tried everything under the sun , and nothing , took it back to sprint they tried everything and still nothing , there gonna order me a new one hopefully here by monday thanks for all your advice !! oh it also randomly roams when it wants to , like i was at the sprint store roaming , bisare xP
