Telenav Won't Sync

I'm using Telenav (in place of Sprint Navigation). It's version 5.5.24. I have it installed to my Storage Card so I don't have to reinstall after every ROM update. Normally works fine.

The program works fine now, but "Sync To Website" for favorites does not work. I get a very quick 0-100% progress bar, but nothing changes. I even deleted the favorites file. I've also uninstalled the program and reinstalled, but there's remnants somewhere on the phone, because after a reinstall, I don't have to log in, and it remembers my last destination.

I use my.telenav.com to manage and add favorites.

Any ideas?

Have you tried talking to someone from telenav tech support? They should be able to troubleshoot. Maybe give you a more updated version or suggestions.

I have not. Since I am using Telenav in place of Sprint Navigation, I doubt they support me directly. However, Sprint Navigation is doing the same thing. I wonder if they made a change to their servers.

Does anyone know how to clear all Telenav or Sprint Navigation preferences? I deleted all recently created files, but it still doesn't prompt me to log in when I launch the app.
