Is there a bare basics 6.1 Rom without touchflow or sense?

Try out Calkins stripped rom for android you wont regret it, but remember stripped so no word no extras so you will need a few cabs all usually found here of course. Black Out also rocks as well as Basic 1.4, Noobie and Bare Naked. Most are no longer supported, but thank these guys every chance you get.

Ice Digger, I did see in a post in the upgrade forums that someone had a 6.1 kitchen that was realitively new. You could give that a go and remove everything you dont want in it.

I am just learning to flash, I havent really looked into creating a ROM. (although the insrtuctions make it "look" easy)

So last night I created my first ROM with this.
It was pretty easy/painless.
I was abel to de-select tf3/manilla etc.
I then loaded latest spb.
+ a few cabs + tweaks, etc

Things are working pretty well

I would encourage folks to try it out.
