phone not going into sleep mode?

hey guys

i've read people having problems with the phone not coming out of sleep mode... but heres a new one, my phone isnt going into sleep!

i can manually push the power button and turn off the screen, but if i forget, it will just stay dim and drain my battery.

whats wrong?

could it be the overclock app im running? i've never experienced this before... i just noticed it today.

i have weather updates disabled, and gps location, if anyones wondering!
