I think real hard if your issue is worth losing your TP2 over, ya know

Well people at the store were useless...was just told to call customer service. Unfortunately the issues with this phone are too serious (no audio except through headset as well) and I just need a new phone. The insurance company doesn't keep refurb tp2s around anymore? I'm going to argue to CS that because this phone has a physical keyboard the replacement needs to as well, and just hope they send me a droid 2 haha.

On another note after I installed stock rom, I did *228 both option 1 and 2 but when I try to make a call I get automated message saying Verizon can't authenticate my phone. Any ideas on that one?

thanks again to you guys!
