This isn't quite enough information for anyone to figure out what you're trying to do in order to help you.

Are you trying to make Voice Over IP (VOIP) calls using WiFi or your (presumably unlimited) cellular data connection? In that case, you have some options such as Skype. There are Windows Mobile versions floating around. They have some limitations such as not using the ear speaker correctly.

Are you trying to sneak in free cellular calls without them showing up on your bill? That's probably going to require something illegal.

sprint does have pick three its just not public and very hard to get if you do its $5 some managed to get it free

MANY times you can get call to home FREE (or $5 is the rep is not nice) set it to your GV number now all outgoing is free if you dial your GV first.

if you don't care about caller id set it to use your GV as caller id and not whoever is calling you. Now all your incoming is free too.

mstevens. the answer is all of the above. he is trying to make calls without using anytime minutes. SO ANY MEANS you can think of to do that (I would limit it to legal means) would be a valid answer
